Feng Shui Angels provides astrological insights, compatibility analysis, and divination services based on BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny), Western Astrology, and Qi Men Dun Jia methodologies. Our services include:
- Daily cosmic insights and personalized briefings
- Auspicious date calculations and calendar features
- Compatibility analysis (Cosmic Matcher)
- Divination readings (Architect of Destiny / QMDJ Oracle)
- Stardust rewards program
3. Entertainment Disclaimer
The Service is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Astrological readings, compatibility analyses, and divination results should not be considered as professional advice for medical, legal, financial, or other important life decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
5. Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions (Sage and Celestial tiers) are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically until you cancel. Subscription features and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent periods
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period

7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software—are the exclusive property of Feng Shui Angels and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. User Content
By submitting content (such as birth data, questions for readings, or shared images), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content to provide the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Scrape, data mine, or harvest user data
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feng Shui Angels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feng Shui Angels and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
