Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free Sage trial upon registration. During the trial period:

• You have full access to Sage-tier features
• No payment is required
• You can cancel anytime without charge
• If you don't subscribe before the trial ends, your account reverts to the Free tier

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings or by contacting support.

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, we offer a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
• You have not previously received a refund for the Service
• Technical issues on our end prevented you from using the Service

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, we offer:

• Full refund within 14 days of purchase
• Pro-rata refund within the first 30 days (minus 1 month's cost)
• No refund after 30 days from purchase

3.3 Founding Member Pricing

Subscriptions purchased at founding member rates follow the same refund policy. If you cancel and later resubscribe, founding member pricing may no longer be available.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Stardust purchases or redemptions
• One-time consultation bookings (unless cancelled 48+ hours in advance)
• Physical merchandise (separate return policy applies)
• Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email support@fengshuiangels.co.uk with your account email
2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
3. Briefly explain the reason for your request
4. We will respond within 2-3 business days

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur fees and may result in account suspension. We will work with you to resolve any issues.

8. Account Termination

If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or fraud.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
